A small-scale boutique village in the centre of Darfield, Haunui Retirement Village offers independent living in a friendly community. 

The village comprises 14 villas in a beautiful shared garden within very easy reach of the local shops and facilities. 

Each of the one or two bedroom villas has been designed specifically for the needs of retirees and are well maintained.

The Haunui Retirement Village is a charitable trust (Registered Charity Number cc 41961) meaning we are not a profit based enterprise – we are solely focused on providing homes in our community. 

We are run by a Board of local people who give their time and wide-ranging specialist skills voluntarily and who are supported by a fantastic team of staff.
